PM-Piirustus Oy’s was incorporated in 2018 to provide Specialized Engineering and Detailing Services in Helsinki Finland. Our team has ability to closely work with the project coordinators, project managers, Engineers, and General contractors. We have established a strong reputation within our markets for executing small and large projects to our clients.
Apart from structural detailing, We offer steel estimation by experienced structural steel estimators, Structural analysis, Architectural BIM Services & Custom component development in Tekla Structures.
Steel-Detailing is available on a case by cases basis and includes custom designed, handcrafted tooling with advanced workmanship techniques that can be completed to your specifications or customized for clients requirements.

R Shinde is BIM Associate with PM-Piirustus Oy since 2019. He has over 18 years of professional experience working in India and Scandinavian countries. His experience involves design and implementation of BIM on various project typologies ranging from Healthcare, IT & ITES Campus, Commercial, Retail and Industrial.
He is a Founder at Adaptive Design Consortium (ADCON) an Architectural design consultancy firm practicing out of Mumbai. At ADCON his role involves Design Management, Client Interaction, Construction Administration, BIM Implementation and Project Management for Architectural and Interior projects
